01. Information Acquisition
LedgerFlow Pro collects essential organizational identity data and financial transaction records to facilitate high-precision ledgering. This includes institutional email addresses, legal entity names, and CSV-mapped fiscal data.
02. Node Usage
Information is utilized solely to provide financial analytics, tax computations, and institutional bridges within the LedgerFlow Pro network. We do not sell or monetize organizational data nodes to third-party marketing entities.
03. Security Handshakes
Access to organizational workstations is restricted via LedgerFlow Pro secure authentication protocols. Users are responsible for maintaining secure passcodes and rotating API keys within the System Configuration module.
04. Audit Rights
LedgerFlow Pro users maintain absolute ownership of their recorded data. You may purge your organizational identity and associated records at any time via the "Danger Zone" in your workstation settings.
